I found a cookie decorating class online this weekend. I signed up at the last minute and took the class yesterday. It wa so much fun. Just like stamping 22 years ago, cookie decorating was on my list of things to learn. I am far from knowing much but I had so much fun. I want to make more today. The fun thing about a class is that all of the supplies are prepped and ready to go when you get to the class. I forgot how fun it is to have half of the work done for you!
This was what was there when I showed up. We got to practice with the piping for awhile, got some instructions and then got to play with flooding.
You have to “flood” each color on it’s own so it doesn’t run into the next color. This take a bit of patients. Most of the time I am short on patients but I learned that waiting is a good thing.
It’s so much fun!
