The background of the card is made with the backside of a photopolymer stamp. I just picked one that looked like a cow spot from behind. I think it worked out.
This background is made with a new pencil eraser. Just use a new pencil eraser as a stamp to put polka-dots on your project. It’s the easiest, cheapest stamp you will ever own. I keep a handful handy to stamp with.
