It started yesterday when my 17 year old son announced that he was going upstairs to make a graduation card for a friend. I held my breath, screamed a cheer on the inside a little and waited. It took exactly 30 seconds for him to come back and say “How do I make a card?” I was pretty hopeful for that 30 seconds. I went up stairs and made these cards. He came in once or twice to make sure I was doing it right. How is it that he doesn’t have a clue how to stamp and make a card but he can supervise me like nobody’s business. I wonder where he gets it? I made 7 cards for all of the upcoming graduation parties he is invited to. They are school colors and very simple.I copied the graduation cap from a Youtube video by Carol Borgeson. She used the Tailored Tag punch to make it. It’s pure genius, and super easy! If you’re in the middle of graduation season and have graduates or just people you are super proud of I hope this card gives you a tiny but of inspiration to get some cards done.
