Here is a great way to kick off the month of March, which happens to be National Craft Month. Visit a great group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators as we craft and get creative. Thanks for visiting. Don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter and visit back daily for new posts and stampin’ ideas.
I bought this wooden plaque at a craft store. It was less than $10.00. I wanted to make a sign for my office. It was super easy! I just cut Designer Series Paper to the size I needed. I pieced it together to get the length I needed. I used Tombo Multi-Purpose Glue to glue it right to the wood.
Once it was glued down I cut all of the letters with the Large Letter Framelits and Fresh Fig Cardstock. I layed out the letters where I wanted them before attaching them with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped accents using the Oh So Eclectic stamp set and a few In Color ink pads. If you have Thick Whisper White cardstock I would use that. If not it’s fine to use regular. Cut everything out and add to your sign with regular dimensionals. The nice thing about this project is that you can use any size wood piece that you want. Mine happens to be about 10″ x 18″. The lettering, color and stamp set can all be changed to suit your needs. Happy crafting and stamping. What would you make if you did this project?
