This is a gift bag made from 12×12 paper. I was a presenter at our last Stampin’ Up! Onstage convention. My presentation was about teaching a class that included 4 gift bags with hang tags, 4 3×3″ note cards in a decorated mini pizza box. These instructions are how you make the gift bag. It is a super cool method that does not include having to measure. Once you get the method down you can vary the size and shape of your bags. It’s nice not to have to measure every time you make something. Have fun making these. Now you will always have a gift bag. Think about changing up the size of your paper. Newspaper, wrapping paper etc. as long as you start with a square or rectangle I think you can come up with a lot of different sizes and shapes.
I first saw this video on the Demonstrator Planning Place Facebook page, and was entranced. I am so glad you posted it in your blog so I can refer back to it. They are darling — and I love the no measuring aspect of the project! Thank you for sharing. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Smiles, Linda at Paper Seedlings
