I had a very busy week last week. I had 5 Stampin’ Up! events and hosted a party as well. I will try to post a few more detailed samples than last week. Here is the first of a few holiday ideas.
I started with the Seasonal Chums stamp set. Start by stamping it with Memento Black Ink.
Now we get to color. I used the Watercolor Pencils. When I got them I cut the packaging apart and slipped it into a thin DVD case. The pencils fit really well and there is also room for 2 Blender Pens in the case so I always have them with me.
I colored it with the pencils and then used the Blender Pens. It was quick and fun to color. If you are going to “fuss” with it a lot you should use watercolor paper. If you blend it too much it might pull up some of the paper. Try it first to see. It worked for me to use just Whisper White.
Cut the pumpkin out with the thinlet.
Cut all of the cardstock to the size needed. I took a few pictures so that you can follow the sizes.
On the Tangerine Tango cardstock stamp the “Trick or Treat”. Punch it out with the Classic Label Punch. Make sure to stamp and punch toward the center so you can hide the hole between the layers of cardstock once you layer everything.
Layer and staple everything to a small gusset cello bag.
Add the pumpkin tag. I used a binder clip so that the tag can be removed and you can see the back of the pumpkin.
