Creative Momentum Retreat- part 2

Here goes the last instalment of the retreat photos. Keep checking back for the projects that we did at the retreat.

 

 

The room is ready for everyone. At the bottom of the picture are the classes being offered. They were a big hit.

 

 

This is what all of our weekend guests received. I think there were more make-n-takes but, you will see those soon.

Here is the dessert bar from Saturday night. Everything but the Chex mix was homemade.

I love to bake and was so happy that I had time to do it myself. Brenda brought peanut butter cookies. I think they were everyone’s favorite. Although I must say that there may have been a fight over the last pan of homemade apricot jam, jam bars.

 

 

Brenda making smores. We were afraid that the smoke detector sprinklers were gonna go off. Luckily they didn’t.

 

 

 

We also played 4 rounds of Bingo. Brynn won one of them. The grand prize for Bingo was a Stamparatus, grid paper and a $100. gift certificate for new catalog product.

 

 

 

We also had a “Table Team Spirit” award. Every table had to come up with a table name and something to show their spirit. We had singing, a skit, a rap, a poem and a few other things. This is the team that won. We sure had a great time. It was a blast!

 

 

 

 

All of our overnight guests got a seat gift Saturday evening. My sister made everyone a homemade sleeping mask. Everyone loved them.

 

 

We started to get silly as the night went on. I am so excited for the next retreat! I seriously can’t wait for November!
