Love of Leaves in Gold & Mint Macaron

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Love of Leaves (153452); Love of Leaves Bundle (155195)
• Card Stock – Mint Macaron (138337); Very Vanilla (101650)
• Stamp Pads – Mint Macaron (147106)
• Misc. – Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper (153520); Brushed Metallic Cardstock (153524); Gold Cards & Envelopes (153532); Gilded Gems (152478); Basketweave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack (153553); Banners Pick A Punch (153608); Bone Folder (102300); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Mini Glue Dots (103683)

 

Measurements:

• Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper 3 ½” x 4 ¾”
• Mint Macaron: 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″
• Very Vanilla: ¾” x 3″
• Brushed Metallic Cardstock: Gold 1 ¼” x 2 ½”, 1 ½” x 1 ½”
• Basketweave Ribbon 7 ½”

 

Instructions:

1. Die cut the leaves with both the outside die and interior stitching die from the Stitched Leaves dies out of the Brushed Metallic Cardstock. Lightly fold the leaves on the center stitching line to give them depth.
2. Adhere the patterned paper to the Mint Macaron layer.
3. Tie a knot in the Basketweave ribbon towards the left side (not in the center). Wrap the ribbon around the patterned piece of paper with layer and adhere the ribbon to the back of the layer with tape.
4. Fold the Gold Card and crease with the Bone Folder.
5. Place Dimensionals on the back of the layered patterned paper piece and adhere it to the card base.
6. Place a glue dot on each of the die cut leaves and slide them under the knot, adhering them to the card.
7. Stamp the greeting “I thought of you..” in Mint Macaron on the Very Vanilla piece. Punch the end with the Banners Pick A Punch. Trim down the Very Vanilla piece on the straight end so that it is about 2″ long.
8. Adhere the greeting to the card with Dimensionals.
9. Adhere the Gilded Gems to the card.
